Pilates Sessions

Pilates sessions are tailored to the individual’s needs.

I listen to the individual’s needs and goals.

Sessions are presented in a progressive format. Exercises start at a beginning level and move to more intermediate and advanced movements as the individual becomes stronger and proficient with the exercises.

Sessions are also customized for the individual as needed; they already have experience or are recovering from an injury, etc.

Often times I will combine Pilates exercises during a workout or Yoga session.
