Fitness Sessions are tailored for each individual and group.
I listen to the individual’s desired goals and needs, whether it’s general fitness, weight loss, muscle building, increased flexibility, or rehabbing from an injury. Often times a combination of these things. I then assess the individual’s current condition and design workouts to help them reach their goals.
Group sessions are designed to provide a thorough total body workout with a focus on cardiovascular fitness and strength building.
Good form and alignment are a focus for both individuals and groups.
