Group sessions are designed for a thorough cardio workout. Both individual and group sessions incorporate techniques for the different styles of punching bags; heavy bag, speed bag, double end bag, reflex bag, and coach punch mitts.
Both offense and defense skills are taught and punch combinations are developed.
I introduce more advanced techniques and build upon the skills as they are learned and mastered.
